He was known because of his physical appearance. But despite the negative comments of the public towards his face, he remained to have a lot of self-confidence. Because of this, he was given a once in a lifetime opportunity to have a total makeover.
Since then, he had gone through a lot of issues and his very latest controversy was about his girlfriend Ysah Cabrejas who revealed in an open letter how Marlou really treated her in their relationship. According to Ysah, she had given everything for him but she could not take it any longer. She even revealed that Marlou told her that she was just after his fame.
Ysah also added that ever since they become a couple she accepted everything about him and she had actually done a lot of things for him. Now, she just couldn’t take it any longer as she had been taken advantage of by the man she loved the most. Oftentimes when Marlou would want to do something she didn’t want to do, he would force her to do that thing even though she begged to stop already.

Marlou even told Ysah that if ever she becomes pregnant he wouldn’t care if she wanted to leave him already. She really didn’t know what kind of man he actually was for thinking such a nonsense idea. There was also an incident where Ysah didn’t want to bathe at the same time with Marlou and just became so mad about it.
Instead of asking for forgiveness, Marlou wshared his side in their situation. Ysah wanted her cat back from Marlou but he didn’t want to give Beauty back to its real owner. She was already tired of all the lies she experienced with him. She even clarified that she didn’t want to become popular or to be famous but she just wanted people to know her side as well.
